We proudly ship worldwide.

  • United States & U.S. Territories:
    We ship to all U.S. states, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • International Shipping (Worldwide):
    We now offer global shipping to many international destinations.
    Please note: Not all products are eligible for international delivery. Eligible items and available shipping options for your country will appear automatically at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 10–15 business days from the date of purchase.
Processing may take longer during holidays, sales events, or peak seasons.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–4 business days
    (Express shipping is not available for international orders.)

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–15 business days
    Delivery times may vary by destination and customs processing.

Note: All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as postal delays, customs inspections, or weather events.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Order weight
  • Selected shipping method

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can check your tracking link anytime on the carrier’s website.


6. Delayed, Missing, or Lost Shipments

We work closely with our suppliers and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries, but delays can occur due to customs, transit issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Shop One Place is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a shipment is returned or requires rerouting, additional shipping charges may apply.


8. International Orders — Returns & Quality Issues

Please note:

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • However, if there are any quality issues or defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shoponeplace.com and we will help resolve the matter.
