Shop One Place Return & Refund Policy
Making a Return
We want you to love your Shop One Place purchases! However, if something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns on unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.
Here's what you need to know:

Return window:
- You have 7 days from the delivery date (the first day starts when tracking shows "delivered") to initiate a return request and ship the items back to us. If your order has multiple packages with different delivery dates, the 7-day window starts from the final delivery date.
- Please note: Orders shipped to non-US countries are not eligible for returns. However, if you encounter any quality issues with your international order, please contact our Customer Support team at [support@shoponeplace.com] and we will be happy to assist you.
Return conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Exceptions: We do not accept returns on beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, intimates/lingerie, jewelry, or swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
Initiating a return:
You can easily initiate a return by clicking "Request a Return" on our website footer or contacting us at support@shoponeplace.com.
Return authorization (RA):
Once your return request is approved, you'll receive an RA number with return instructions and email confirmation. Please include the RA number on your return package for faster processing. Your return must be shipped within 7 days of initiating a return. Please do not return items without return authorization approval. Items will not be refunded. Do not return your purchased item(s) to the address on the package received. We will email you a return label with the applicable return address. Items received without prior authorization will not be refunded.
Return Fees & Shipping
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is your responsibility unless the mistake was ours (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged product).
- The cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns that don't meet the above return conditions or are submitted outside the return window.
- The restocking fee may apply if the returned item shows signs of wear or damage beyond what's considered for trying on the item. We'll inspect the item upon arrival and will communicate with you if a restocking fee is applicable.
Refunds
- We will process your return within 5-7 business days of receiving it.
- Once approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method minus the cost of the return label within 10 business days.
- Processing time by your bank or credit card company may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@shoponeplace.com so we can assist you. For returns due to damage, customers must provide a clear photo of the damaged item before returning it. If no photo is provided, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
